I just make a smoothie in my nutribullet and take it with me to sip on. I don't have time during the week to sit and eat.

Chia seeds soaked over night in almond milk. Sealed in a jar. It is not pretty when it comes out. Grey mush. But very tasty with some honey on it. Just google "chia seed pudding".
