  • Heyas, I'm a newbie in here. I'm going to shoot for 110km for December.
  • I feel your pain regarding the Zoomers! They are definitely more tiring than regular meetings. We're just starting to transition back to some hybrid onsite work arrangements from the 100% from home that we've been doing since March 2020. I'm thinking zoom meetings may be here to stay though. Hoping we can all find ways to…
  • Hi all, I’m a newbie but looking forward to giving this a try! I'm Canadian and have been working from home since March 2020 due to the pandemic and it's looking like this will be the new norm so it's time to get back into a healthy routine and hopefully shed the pandemic pounds. Starting Weight: 211.9 lbs Goals: 10K steps…

  • Hey gang, I just completed challenge 1 and looking forward to trying 2 tonight. I'm kinda stumped on 3 though -- anyone have suggestions for food? ~Dawn
  • My favorite peaceful moment is definitely going for a hike somewhere secluded.
  • My dudes were quite interested in my morning exercises today. After circling me for a few minutes they settled in to supervise all the activity and cheer me on. J.J. especially liked watching the videos. LOL!
  • @skinnyjeanzbound Chicago's on my list for running holidays. Would love to do a race there someday. I live on Lake Ontario and find running along its shores so inspiring. Having grown up on Lake Superior I find I just crave being near big water. :)
  • @PompPanda and @enuf200 it's called Race 2 Adventure. We basically do a trail run in different locations as we travel around the country from 5K up to 12K and then have the rest of the time to do site seeing and other adventures. I went away with the group a few years back to Peru and it was an amazing experience. There's…
  • Hi everyone, I'm Dawn and a total newbie to this challenge. I've done other challenges in MFP tho and found them a great way to stay motivated. I live in a large city in southern Ontario that's about an hour north of Buffalo NY. I'm mid 30's and the proud fur mama to two of the cutest tabby cat dudes you've ever seen. I…
  • Thanks @ejdp254 ! I just tried sending thru my phone and it worked as well. Must be a glitch with the web browser version or something. Cheers, Dawn
  • When I attempt to message the leaders I get the following message... There was a problem with your request Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue. Has anyone else had issues with MFP messaging? Dawn
  • Heyas, I'm a new player but haven't yet received a New Player Verification email. Have I been missed? Dawn
  • I'd like to join too!
  • Another one of those newbies...getting set up for hopefully completing a goal of 142km next month. I've been running since 2012 and ran my first half marathon that year. I've run a few since then but haven't properly trained since that first one. Hoping this group will help me be accountable and stick to the plan. I'm…
  • I always struggle with this one as well. I'm sedentary during the day (typical office job with minimal walking around), however I workout most nights. I'm currently 203 lbs, 5'9" would love to lost at least a pound a week. Any thoughts?
  • I'm late to the party but hopefully not too late. Just requested to join!
  • The what isn't important for me...it's all about the timing 3pm M-F. Going to try to reschedule meetings to ensure I'm occupied during this "witching hour" for me.

  • Unfortunately I think this is one thing that you'll have to find out by trial and error as everyone's body is different. I've tried several brands but finally have settled on Victoria's Secret Incredible Sports Bra. Good support and coverage but doesn't totally squish the girls into a uni-boob and has NEVER caused chafing.
