That's what I like about this app, I can eat whatever I want, but I've really learned what keeps me full longer. I don't snack non stop anymore because I'm satisfied. If I really want to indulge, I exercise more to earn the calories. I'm down 21.8 lbs in 11 weeks!

This is good to know! I've lost the majority of my weight thus far ( 20 lbs so far 40 to go ) from my backside.. I've dropped from a 16 to a 12... Think I'll go try jeans on there!

I've lost 17.5 lbs so far and just went from a really tight 16, to a 12, but my weight came off my butt and legs first.

I am down 16.3 lbs, it seems I've lost it in my butt and legs... I see no difference, but I've gone down 2 pant sizes. My husband and kids see it, but that's about it. I did 20 & 25 today, and on everyone's rest day tomorrow,I will be doing 30 & 35 then to catch up! This is as well as my 65 min of cardio on my elliptical... We've got this!

I have the same problem! This week I brought in fruit and made a fruit basket... But there was still stuff in the chocolate drawer... A back of chips and some guacamole came out, I ate 5 chips and a T of guacamole, but logged it... I'm tired of the constant temptation.
