Hi Hannah! I wish you all the best with your weight loss goals. MFP is a great tool. I had lost over 40lbs for my wedding in 2014 using this...it was mostly gained back, but that's because I stopped. Im sending you a request.

I love MFP and the whole process. Hope to see you sticking around. I sent a request.

Thank you, Hillary! Req was sent. Love the quote on your profile pic...I must keep that in mind!

You can accomplish the weighloss and keeping it off as long as you are willing to commit to it. I lost 40lbs last year thanks to MFP for my wedding and couldn't have been happier. You got this!!

Hey there! Welcome back! A request had been sent.
-
You can do this! I have 80+ to go myself. MFP had helped me in the past and it truly is a great help. A request has been sent. Support and motivation is a HUGE part of this journey...feel free to add me ladies!

Just regular cardio and light weights. Just starting out so for that I just want a basic device to know the calories burned. Basic device for my basic workouts. Thanks for your help!
-
They need to change that soon! :anguished: Am guessing I can easily update MFP myself since they are not compatible with Android? Does it display or save your info for some time (workout time & cals burned)?
-
I am looking for something basic as I'm just starting out. Some reviews I've read on other less popular brands stated that they only lasted a few months. The FT7 being basic (guessing not too expensive) and lasting a couple years sounds GREAT to me! Thanks!

Yes, definitely want something simple since I'm starting out. Thank you for mentioning what product you started out with...very helpful!
-
Thanks for the info! Is the Polar compatible with Andriod too or just IPhones?
-
The Polar FT7 is the one that is most attracting to me so I'm glad to see nothing but positive reviews from MFP users.

Back on this journey again too! Request sent! :)

On a similar path. Let's support and motivate each other. Request sent! : )

Hey there! From what I remember, yes. That is your daily calorie goal and is based on wtv your answers were when you set up your profile (which can be updated to better help you). When you exercise and input those numbers, your calorie goal will go up by wtv calories you burned. MFP calculates your estimated weight loss…

I have lost weight using MFP and you ladies can too! Motivation and support makes a lot of difference. Also a working mommy (2 girls) here and know the feeling.

Wishing you and all others all the best! Am on the same path and also looking for Pals. Having support and others motivate you makes a lot difference. We can do this! :)

Hello ladies! I've been on this site for a while and previously lost 40lbs. Lost my way, gained some back and am starting new. Let's support and motivate each other. :)

Hi Wanda! Congratulations on beating cancer! This site helped me lose 40lbs a few months ago. You can do it! :D
-
Yes, my other issue.... sodium intake! So sad! We can control this though. I did it before and can do it again.

Hi there! I've lost 40lbs before using this site (and of course, with diet and exercise too). My husband is getting toned and is dedicated as ever, so I understand your frustration. Since I'm starting to get jealous of his success, I decided it's time to get back on the horse and start/continue my journey. Best of luck to…

I decided to put an end to my urge to snack today. I do believe I snack/eat out of habit and boredom too...often not realizing it because it has REALLY becoming second nature. My snack of choice is anything sweet. Particularly cakes, pies, cookies and all other snacks. How I wish I loved veggies. I envy those who enjoy…
