Great progress OP. As a fellow tall girl, seeing the results are so slow. Your results are very noticeable. I am 6'2 227- SW: 240 and I cannot see a real difference. Same clothes size, but I feel better for sure! Good luck!

I am with you OP. i am trying to lose 25- 30 more while lifting heavy at the same time. It is a cultural thing, some folks do not understand the struggle to lose weight and preserve the rump and hips. Good luck!

I am 41 yo female. 6'2 228 lbs. My goal is to lose 40 lbs, gain lean muscle and get stronger, without losing all of my curves. I have been losing approximately one pound per week. I am curious as well. I just don't add it and use it as a bonus since I only do strength training three times per week.
