RunRutheeRun, one thing I learned living in the desert way way off the grid is that when I was ridiculously stressed was even though I was not eating much at all, less than 1000 calories a day and usually between 500 and 800 my body acted like it was starving which it was and it would take what little food I did eat and…

auddii, thank you very much I like how you put that! At 63 years young I have learned that everyone is different and basically just as you quoted what your friend said it is trial and error to find what works for you. This knowledge is wisdom.

MeganMoroz89 my mom and I were both runners and she knew several sports doctors. I learned from him that a student cramming for finals burn as many calories as someone running a marathon! Thank you both very much. My pain is mostly from scoliosis since birth, that and a bunch of accidents. There are times my stomach hurts but it was mostly due to antibiotics, that and needing to eat so much to gain a tiny bit of weight. But things are getting better at least I can now eat a whole sandwich and not go into a…

I want to say thank you again for the helpful information everyone gave me. I finally figured out the worst of the nausea was due to being on antibiotics for a whole month. So I got yogurt and honey and put that in my smoothies and it fixed the largest part of the problem. I also got some Kumbacha which helped also. So…

Well heck I was trying to find out how to reply and I think I accidentally hit the report button
