I have a vivofit and you can use the app or I'm sure the website and set an automatic sleep time. I never set mine each night but have it ready to switch at 10 pm every night.

I use to till I remembered everyone started somewhere. That girl running on the treadmill or the guy bench pressing 300 pounds they all started at the beginning. And if they are judging me they aren't into their workout enough.

Have you tried adding protein to it? I have one a few times a week and keeps me full most of the day.
