Round 2 day 1...just finished total cardio and t25. 1.0 speed

I have been off the grid...my baby was sick last weekend and then I got the bug! The doctor told me to stay off from work and rest. I'm feeling much better and I plan to do Dirty 30 today.

SantiaRenee I'm planning a Mother's Retreat, there is a wine tasting, dancing and a fun craft. Of course, we have food dessert and more wine!!! I want to remain focus and not slip to my bad habits - eating because it's there!!!

I'm creating my meal plan for next week and wanted to incorporate pasta into the program. Can anyone recommend a good whole wheat pasta?

This is round 1 day 3 for me and I’m a little confused. My scale is going up…After calculating my daily calories, the program states I should eat 1500-1799 per day and that is a lot of food. In the past, I consume a 1200-1500 calorie diet. Do you following the calories recommended by the program? Help me!
