people you don't, which is why it is best to check first and then stick with that one correct entry.

I didn't say they were coconut juice ;) I was being silly and having a jab at the "miracle" properties if the humble coconut and the "miracle" properties of the humble pineapple. I guess I should have been more clear in my jesting :p I can't say I've ever heard of putting ice-cream/cream in though... you're weird! And you…

Actually, for the sake of science I think you should carry out your experiment in Germany. It's a commonly held belief that German calories are much more efficient. You could carry it out Mythbusters style.

That's only because it's Canadian McDonalds. Canadian calories are nicer to your body than American calories.

5 hrs in the gym followed by pina colada's coconut is miracle juice and pineapples burn calories honest... >:)

Incoming cleanse regime, detox and supplements? But in all honesty, I really wish that some legal force in the UK would take the Daily Mail to task over it's continuous spouting of absolute fiction and vitriol... People tend to believe it because it's a "newspaper" when in all really it is nothing but just a junk magazine…

Not entirely true, it should be balanced out to ensure the correct electrolytes are present, otherwise it could potentially lead to issues, depending on how obsessively one feels the need to cleanse.

And where do we stop? How about labeling all of those CEO's of multinational companies who spend 18 hrs a day at work? It interferes with their family life and negatively affects their children and their ability to live a healthy balanced lifestyle, wouldn't you say? Their obsession with making money is borderline…

You should weigh them in whatever state the nutritional info on the back says. It *should* say per 100g frozen or uncooked or whatever
-
Some less scrupulous providers will add water to their meat/fish to make it weigh more. Other than that frozen/cooked/raw will also weigh differently (again, water content)
-
Or you could go the other way and weigh daily to learn your fluctuations and trends. Depends on how you like your data. Or how attached you are to the numbers.

try taking some magnesium supplements. If it's RLS or some other neurological itch, that will help.

I've actually been advised to eat more salt because I have low blood pressure. It's not unheard of.

This stuff already exists. www.ifit.com unfortunately you need their special gym equipment. It's great though, you get to walk/run/bike wherever you want using google maps. It's really quite cool.

Please keep in mind that there are often restrictions on food/drinks (liquids) when it comes to international travel. It would be wise to find out if any of these apply to you before you go all out and plan your journey around your own supplies.

because people put different amounts of effort into each one and the number of calories burned would vary wildly. How about grabbing yourself a cheap bluetooth heart rate monitor and hooking it up to an app on your smartphone? The app would then sync your (supposed) calories burned with MFP automatically. Just keep in mind…

six pounds isn't a lot left until target. You should be looking at 0.5lbs per week now.

triple espresso first thing in the morning. Freshly ground from recently roasted beans. None of that Starbucks/Costa rubbish or... even worse... instant *shudders* I savour it. It is wonderful, and woe betide anyone that interferes with my morning coffee.

I'd be more concerned about the sugar being in my lungs rather than my digestive system... but I guess that's just me.

I was about to say, sure, you can chop out a couple of those pesky ribs if you feel like it... shave down your jawbone... have leg lengthening surgery if you feel a little short... whatever floats your boat. Are you rich?
