My goals are to do at least 5k steps each day and drink more water! February 7 - Starting weight is 114.1kg. Today I went for a walk and did 6700 steps. Ended up snacking after dinner which wasn't great. February 8 - 113.1kg February 9 - 112.5kg. Really active day on Tuesday. And managed to keep within my calorie limit…
