Oh, ya know, I hate feeling deprived. Great recipes, especially replacements for the goodies like cookies & ice cream, are always welcome. Hi, welcome. I also could use some support. I was on this for several months, and had no support. I lost quite a bit. But when I get out to Calif, to my kids' houses, I find it hard to hold the line. This last time I completely fell off the program & gained 15 lbs.

I'm also new here. As a trucker it's especially challenging to get the right foods & have any consistency in meal planning. But we get by Wal-Mart & I stock up. My sweetie hates shopping, but he's supportive of my efforts & finds it nearly as fun as I do to check our calories. My daughter says he's a "freak of nature"…
