I have gained around my middle a lot in a year. I'm going to give this a shot....more protein, more water, more low carb veggies and drop the fruit for awhile. This ap has eggs showing 3 carbs...eggs don't have carbs. So I. Am wondering if this ap is correct?

I would like to know the answer as well, so I'm no help! I lost 27 lbs last year, gained it back, got back on track a couple months ago (with same diet plus this time exercise) and I'm gaining instead!
