For snacks I do cottage cheese Greek yogurt I'm depending in how my macros add-in up I might do some rice with chicken, salads, but yeah lots of water I try and get a gallon maybe gallon and half a day. It will keep you full and might help you until your next meal time.

Just remember everybody that's there is working on their body. Everybody has their own goals. Don't pay attention to anybody around just focus on your goal. Patience and confidence.

Also intense cardio might eat up your gainz for energy while on a deficit. Try walking at an incline. Low level will not use your muscle for energy just stored carbs or fat.

If you want to lose fat and keep muscle. You can take your body weight and multiply it by a number 11-14 (11 being that you have a job that requires little to no physical activity and 14 being usually being physical like construction or something like that) That will give you your calorie needs... Then take 100% and divide…
