Thanks. Makes sense. I do have the momentum, but it is an effort. I have hit plateaus which I have overcome by increasing exercise (now burning ~1200 - 1800 cal/session to regain momentum.

I am curious whether those who have successfully made this journey maintain a steady continual calorie deficit, or if breaks and plateaus aren't actually helpful in ensuring long term sustainability.
