I'm taking about for my body. As I have a lot of weight to lose and I'm not as young as I once was....lol....I can see my skin starting to sag. I'm not looking for a miracle cure but any assistance is great. Exercise, hydration, clean eating and general skin care , exfoliate and moisturise is the message that I'm reading

Great add me :) my days are varied the last two days I've been sat at a desk so Ive had to really work for it when I get home or go to the gym. But Monday I was working in the community so smashed my goal with ease lol. I'm doing 10k a day and as each week progresses I'm going to up my target
