  • Consult your doctor. Without knowing the details, it's very hard for a stranger on the internet to tell you what would help, what might cause damage... Just start slowly though. Walk. Swim. Stretch. What about something good for core strength, like yoga or pilates? A strong core can do magic for a bad back!
