well either way I will be exercising, thats one thing i have down pat, I go 5 or 6 days a week no matter what. Its just trying to figure out where to keep my calories so I lose more or maybe tone. I am sure you have seen the posts about quest bars... they are honestly what I go to because they are lower in calories and high in protein and fiber. I just got a box of s'more ones if you microwave for a few seconds they are heavenly! I have also made protein bars, they tend to have more calories. Just my 2 cents.

I looked online I dont really know what to use I guess for a routine, I want to do 3 days a week M-W-F and do cardio and other on Tues Thur and Sat but Do you just do one lift for each muscle group you would normally work in splits?
