I am following MPF daily calorie intake limit. Yeah I admit some times I ate more than my limit as per MPF. But the weight loss is not up to the mark. I just loose 5 kg in last 9 months. May I know how you loose?

Thank you soo much for your valuable advices. The real problem is that I can't workout daily. I try to follow MFP calorie scale. But after loosing some weight it is fixed though I loose some inches. I really appreciate your motivations. Thanks

first of all congratualation for the baby. If you are breastfeeding then you will loose weight very soon. Just avoid junk foods..........eat healthy.

I heard that if you skip breakfast you will get fat so was confused. And I was not yelling I asking......if the capital letters and the question marks has bothered you then I am sorry :)

I agree with everyone. So it's not harmful if I take light things like a fruit or light snacks in breakfast and save my calories for rest of the day.

i can feel what you feel. though i dont have any brothers and sisters i feel the same when i see any fit lady. but we can do it. what we have to do is to control over our temptation and we will do it ....right ??? eat healthy, stay active and keep smiling. very soon we all will find our goal :D ..feel free to add me :)

welcome!!!! All i can say you can lower down your snack intake day by day if it is difficult for you to stop at this moment. You are exercising so just keep your eye on what you are eating. Good luck.....feel free to add me :)

belly fat is also my problem. After my 2 C-section deliveries i gained lots of fat specially on my tummy. But one of my friend (who had the same problem) recently lost her 35 lbs of weight now her tummy is quite flat.
