I'm on my second round of her guides and I love them. I don't use her eating guides but eating right is key to any successful workout. I try to eat as clean and healthy as possible. Lots of water. Her guides definitely work. I've had more success with BBG than with other guides. They are tough!

Her workouts really aren't anymore expensive than some of the others online like beach body and insanity, piyo. I love BBG and was just searching today on MFP to see if there were any groups for BBG gals. I'm on my second time using her guides. Nice to see others using them.

I should check. My biggest problem is fitting the time in to go somewhere. Usually I use downloads or DVDs. I have a couple kids in school and one still home. I'm a photographer so I'm gone a lot and with school sports I run short on time. Hoping to really challenge myself this summer when it all slows down...slightly...:)

Awesome! I love working out but sometimes need motivation from someone other than myself

My current weight is 110. Not looking to really lose too much more weight. Maybe a couple of pounds. Height is 5'1". I want to tone my body more and make it lean. When you are short like me, every little bit of weight always shows up I the wrong spots...even if you are not over weight.

Mine is phillipsx6.

I have mine paired with my cell phone.

I love my vivosmart. My husband bought it for me and he is one of those people that research and research before he buys. I love that it's waterproof so I never have to worry about taking it off during housework. Steps seem pretty accurate. I love that it gives u goals to hit everyday and u can track runs/jogs. It tracks…

I have a vivosmart too and absolutely love it

I have a garmin too. Mine logs my steps. If I walk, I don't log it again on mfp but if I did any jogging or running then I add that even though they are still steps

I just finished the first 12 weeks and I am getting ready to start over again tomorrow. Love it! Glad to see others who use her guides

I have been using them for about 11 weeks. Posture is a big key. I think the awkwardness goes away over time. Definitely worth the work. I've seen lots of results

I love my Garmin vivosmart. I think it's pretty accurate. It doesn't seem to pick up a lot of arm movement. It give u goals, syncs well with other apps. I can track runs on it. Check my sleep patterns. Light weight... I forgot I have it on.

Looking to add some "mom" friends too. I have 4 kids from ages 13 all the way down to age 2. I love reading all the posts. I use a Garmin Vivosmart to track my steps and goals.
