I like logging my cheat days, I may consume more than my weight loss calorie goal but it's usually not as much as I think. Then when you complete the entry and mfp tells you that if you eat like that every day, you'll only be half a kilo more in 5 weeks, it reminds you how awesome cheat days are and to get straight back…
