  • I'm in, also! My goal is to walk 8,000 steps each day. I'm currently averaging 4,000. This challenge will give me an extra push.
  • I also fell short on meeting my goals. I stayed within my calorie range, but many of the food choices were not good. I also neglected my exercise goal. I choose to get back on track today and stay focused on my goals. I am so ready to see a change.
  • I believe something special is in store for all of us in this group. Goals will be accomplished, transformation will take place, and hopefully meaningful friendships made. Thank you for starting this challenge!
  • Count me in! I also need to lose more than 65 pounds. The 3 positive changes that I want to make are: Start exercising at least 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes, eat 80% clean, and drink at least 64 ounces of water dault.
