I'm using the FitBit Charge HR, it works OK but not great for monitoring HR during work outs. You have to move it around on your wrist to find the right spot. It often under reports vs HR monitors on treadmill/elliptical if not in exactly the right spot.

I struggle with this. Get to bed early if you can. When I stay up late I start snacking for energy to stay up later.

I made the assumption she was trying to lose 2lbs a week which translates into 7k cal. Subtract 1k a day to lose 2lbs a week. If trying to lose 1lb a week subtract 500.

1260 seems reasonable for a woman. Maybe try swimming for exercise if you have a local YMCA or something like that you can join. Whenever I start skipping the scale the pounds start creeping back. I can't skip it, I need the reality check at least once a week.

Go to bed. I find that when I stay up late I start craving things that will give me quick energy to stay awake. If you are hell bent on staying up later go for something with caffeine like coffee or tea without milk/sugar.
