I absolutely love roller blading! It doesn't even feel like an exercise until I get home and then I feel the burn! It's awesome!

Change up your workouts. I Rollerblade every morning and it helps me a ton! Drink lots of water and eat as healthy as you can.

I get about 16000 steps a day. You would be surprised how making yourself walk a longer way to something or standing in place taking steps will do for you.
