I used to work on cruise ships. Fill up on the salad and fruit and don't go back for seconds. I know it is hard working somewhere where food is out all the time.

I am the same. I gain weight really evenly though. I don't have trouble spots necessarily, more like there is an even layer of fat over my whole body. The bonus of that is I never look as heavy as I actually am but the negative is I have gone from almost 190 to 165 and there is little physical difference. No one outside of…

Thanks for the helpful response. I am still getting used to logging/ weighing food as accurately as possible and relying on a hr monitor for calorie burn so there could definitely be some user error on my part.

Mfp has me set at 1250 calories and I eat back approx. half of my exercise calories. I have been losing but nowhere near the pace that it is projecting.
