I'm a "volume" eater, where I like to munch on more than a handful of almonds to feel satisfied. Id suggest adding protein packed snacks to help fuel your body between meals (ex apple slices with choice of nut butter).

I'm in the same boat. I need to make better choices and drink more water again as to get my scale to move again. I'm suffering from 'calorie creep!'
