Hi I'm 5ft 8 SW 188 Cw 154 I would like to get to around 145 really need to start lifting though as at the moment I still have a lot of fat to shift and not a lot of muscle so thinking of slowing it down for recomp feel free to add me can never have too many friends :)

If you eat a hi carb meal it can do yes as your stores get replenished your body is lazy and would rather use carbs but where people's carb limit for that to happen varies greatly my go too snack if I'm hungry is baby bell by the way can't get enough of them :)

Yep that should fill you up alright :) it depends where you are with your Keto if your starting out trying to get into it or if your already in it does that make sense? It is probably the milk if you are even mildly intolerant it can produce this effect due to the volume you are taking

I have been steadily loosing by walking however i walk around 7miles a day so a lot longer than 30minutes I do it just so I can eat more honestly

I have the Fitbit charge hr and I love it! This brilliant little device has given me the motivation to get more active, every day I'm trying to improve on my calorie burning and daily steps it makes me walk more :) and I find it really helpful when doing cardio as the machines at my gym are far from accurate
