It's just easy for me to grab a ham sandwich for lunch but I no bread is really bad to eat everyday. I have looked at wraps and pitta breads but they still seem just as high in calories

Just to say thank u to everyone did my weigh in today and lost another 3lb

First week is easy it's after that I find hard. Your right we can all do this. It's weekends that are my weakness just want to eat rubbish and take out.
