Lol, I had to eat clean for a few days before I had the nerve to weigh myself. Needed to lose some of the bloating. Plus, I will use Sunday as my weigh in day. I just got back on the healthy eating bandwagon, and am looking to lose 40lbs, so this is perfect! You all look like an encouraging group! I don't think I could lose 20 by Labor Day, but maybe 10 would be doable. Weigh in day starts tomorrow!
