I know it's damaging to my body . I can see signs of it already such as dizziness , not being able to focus , cold , and anorexia thoughts.

Yes . Thank you so much . I know I am already eating very little yet I feel that I could do better in losing more . I know it is an unhealthy thinking but I can't remove these thoughts . Thanks for the advice .

I need motivation too. I may not be eating really healthy but It's the only diet which works for me right now . Hope u guys can she's some light on it :)
