@KCJen - congratulations on you MBA. Please know that you are not alone in all of this. I’m struggling as well and am having a hard time living in this limbo. I too have decided that, since this apparently is the new normal for an indefinite amount of time, it’s time to get on with life as best I can. So here we go.

@maltedtea - my upper body strength is horrendous. Hmmm. I’m thinking 25 pounds is scary! Although with 15 pound dumbbells I’m pretty much there for deadlifts etc. I’ll start looking for a kettlebell. It’s hard to find weights right now at reasonable prices. I am checking out the t-nation site once I post this. Thank you.

Mindfulness/meditation/qigong have helped immensely. Just like physical exercise, it has taken a few solid weeks for me to see any benefit, but it has been 4 months now and I am so glad I stuck with it. I’m on 2 pass days and because it’s not even mid month, I will most likely have 1 or 2 more. I have been in this challenge for 10 months now and have come close to the winner’s circle but haven’t made it yet. For me, that’s not the point.
