What keeps me sane
About 2 months ago I found a combination of things that keep me positive when done each day:
Active creating, experimenting, inventing
Written reflections on my art & process
Exercise = 90 min walk daily
Guided visualizations
Cleaning/decluttering/organizing
Healthy eating
Sleep 7+ hrs
Time with my husband/friends
Our cat!
Learning
Nature
(Not in that order! My husband keeps

Dunno what to do 🤔. Stayed within limit, cooked, walked, biked (to the 📖 library 🥰, with my little boy 📚). It's just that I am so darned close (even if slight below) to the calorie limit. I'll take a pass!
Sanity sources:
* focus on the "now" and improving how I treat the ones next to me
* breathe in the fresh air and absorb 👀 all that God put in the nature🌹 🌳🍁 for us - I take it as a 🎁. Take any trip out, even 🚴♀️ing to work as a way to recharge
* enjoy every moment I get with my 👬 and look at the time I have to work as a lesson for them, as to how we have to make sacrifices, in order to achieve something5 -

For today's discussion - With all the craziness going on it is lead me to rediscover my faith. Also, I have found comfort in the serenity prayer and learning to realize what I can and can not change in the world around me. I am also focusing on my goals of rebuilding my life. I just graduated with my MBA before COVID-19 hit, so I have felt life has been on pause for me (and ex issues), but I don't want to live "on pause" anymore so back to my goals and rebuilding my life. Reaching my healthy goal weight, and having a healthy lifestyle is one of those goals.5 -

@KCJen - congratulations on you MBA. Please know that you are not alone in all of this. I’m struggling as well and am having a hard time living in this limbo. I too have decided that, since this apparently is the new normal for an indefinite amount of time, it’s time to get on with life as best I can. So here we go.2
