Anyway, I agree. I definitely do not buy things that need ironed. I could not possibly rake myself out of bed in the mornings to iron things. It's a no go.
-
Whoops. How did that even happen?

Death has a way of making everyone react differently. Some people can let it out while others sit back and feel guilt or complete disbelief. You grieve differently than everyone else and you'll see yourself heal in different ways. It does get better though. Just remember that no one is perfect and it sounds like you took…

Thank you! I've commented before but it was just something small. I always love reading through this in my downtime at work.

I could only imagine, and this is just me, choking on that. Does it dissolve pretty quickly?
-
I confess that I've been lurking on this thread since it was in the 300's. :)

I look through the success stories on here. It's a long journey and it's a hard one but eventually every bite you didn't eat or ever healthy choice you made will pay off. Just give it time.

Southern food and portion control!

You'll get through it. If you get too hungry, read through some success stories, they really help me when I am having a horrible day and want to eat more than allotted.
-
I need some friends to keep motivated!
-
That sounds really great! Thank you for the ideas and the website. I'll really start looking there for some ideas. I already see some that I want to make.
-
Thanks, guys! I like to see what other people eat to get me some ideas.
-
Do whatever works for you! Great job!
-
WILL YOU DO THE FANDANGO?!
-
I like to a protein bar and a diet drink but it's not the most filling. I'd like some ideas on this as well.

I've just really started getting in to this myself but I have lost 19 pounds. I would say 1200 is the lowest you should probably go. You'll do great and lose weight that way. It won't drop off suddenly or anything like that but it will come off slowly.
-
I would eat at least 1200 otherwise it's going to hurt your body. Otherwise, the calorie counting sounds like a great plan. :)
-
You're welcome!

I do want to say that this diet works. However, it is just because of the cut down on calories. I strongly suggest trying out just counting the calories and eating what you want so that you're less likely to bounce back. Good luck with whatever you do and have an amazing day!

Feel free to add me and some of the people on my friends list. They're super supportive successful people. I wish you the best of luck!
-
Add me. I'm 21 and I love seeing everyone on my friend list make progress.
-
Ohhhh myyy gosh, yes. This last episode was a life ruiner for me.
-
Add me, ma'am! We can do this together!
-
I'm 21 and constantly on here. I'd love to have another positive friend on my friends list. I love watching people progress so that I can follow in their footsteps. Feel free to add me.

I think about food a lot too. However, if you're feeling guilty for thoughts and such, like, I'm not a doctor so don't completely think that I've given you the answer to everything but I have OCD and I think that way a lot. Like, I'll feel guilty for stuff that no one else feels guilty about, worry about things that other…

I actually go below what MFP says to do per day. I stay at 1500 and I don't feel hungry all the time. I think this is pretty healthy. Some may say otherwise. Either way, I don't weigh my food but it's at such a deficit for my weight that It makes me lose weight. I would recommend you do that. I don't know how many calories…

I used to say, "You don't look 300+ pounds, you have nothing to worry about. You're perfectly healthy. You don't really need to lose weight to impress anyone. You love food too much. There has to be a quick fix that will help. You're not as bad as those people on my 600 pound life, you'll never get to that point. These…

You can add me if you would like. Also, go through my friends list. There are a lot of great motivating people on there.

I really want to know who healthy Deanna is. I've never known her.
