You are feeling dizzy because you are not eating enough. To loose weight you need a minimum amount of calories. Work this out with a calorie calculator and stick to it. If working out you need a bit more as well because you will burn it at the gym. You need strength to work out.......

At a dash of lemon to a bottle of water. Drink first thing in the morning. I find it easier to drink water for the rest if the day after doing that. Weird but works for me.
