I completed my W30 and victories are: Not bloated No digestive issues Healthier hair, skin & nails Lost 5lbs Lost 8.8" overall Going to stick mostly to the program and hope for another 5lbs in June plus all the other bonuses of not eating sugar or grains etc.

Hang in there! This too shall pass...! Think about making it through today sticking to the program you'll be proud you did tomorrow when you think back on yesterday. Well done on being 6 days in! We can almost celebrate being a quarter of the way through!

Work meeting and Pizza was on offer. My nemesis but I resisted and was glad not to have stomach ache post pizza consumption lol. Happy to eat my chicken veg soup instead. Hope you're all doing well Day 5!

What things do you hope to achieve from this? Any worries/concerns? When I did my first round, it was tough Day 10, but pushed through and felt great after 30 days.

I totally get that! I've done 2 rounds a few years ago now, loved doing it and had great non scale and scale victories. Just need to tame the sugar dragon! Been meal prepping this weekend x

Late to the party... I'm 43, mother of 2 little ones. Have 22lbs to lose. I remember in my 20's and 30's it was a lot easier to shed the pounds! Now really have to work at it!! Ready to shift this once and for all.

Hi, I'm 5'1", have 22lbs to lose and determined to keep it off this time. Lost 45lbs after birth of first child on here, but got lazy after second child, lost some but ready to lose the rest now.
