  • Pretty sure the article or one of its references addresses this, specifically to that weight actually. 300lbs should intake the maximum allowance of 200grams. Anymore than that and your kidneys will not work they way they should.
  • Last year: Lost 15 lbs in 3 months 1200 Calories, no exercise, no energy. holidays came and I failed myself. Gained 10 of those pounds back. Two weeks ago: Decided to give it a different approach. Hired a trainer/nutritionist and adjusted my macro split 1200 calories base 5 days of exercise, eat back at least half of my…

If you want a permanent healthy lifestyle change that happens to result in a loss of body fat... Buckle down, and be patient. Think of how long it…
  • My trainer was just explaining this to me this morning and went in and reset all of my goals because I'm in the same boat. Protein, protein, protein. If you are exercising that much, the ideal amount of protein intake is 1gram per pound of body weight. This helps give you energy and retain your muscle while shedding body…
  • Been at a plateau for a while and still have 25lbs to go. Hired a trainer and she has me doing cardio to warm up, weights or strength training, and then cardio to cool down. There Is an awesome free app that helps me on days I don't have someone telling me what to do or how to do it called JEFIT, highly recommend checking…
