Hello! I'm also 5'5" and weigh 167 this morning. I'm in my 40's and would like to drop about 45lbs and become healthier on the way. Would love to get motivation. I have started and stopped so many times.

Yes my dog Chloe knows when I'm off to a late start because she starts pacing by the front door. She really is my motivation, because I can't deprive her of her exercise.

I was having problems also, I now listen to music thru Spotify but I have to keep the c2k5 open. If I close it, it will stop the notifications. Very annoying. Once I did have to delete it and then reinstall in order to hear.

Did the squats and modified Burpees, Thanks! But can someone explain 15s wall-sit. Is that 15 seconds or 15 sets? Sorry if this is a stupid question. Its been awhile since I've exercised.

Hi, I'm right there with you. 3 years ago I lost 25 lbs with diet and exercise and then I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I went through chemotherapy and radiation and put on 40 lbs. Most of that was put on the first year. It has taken me awhile to be mentally be ready to do this again. I really want to make this a life…

That sounds challenging:). Where did you find the challange? I started off for a walk Sunday morning before the sun was fully up and tripped over the neighbors bike ramp in the middle of the sidewalk. I'm a little stiff today. I started the C25k on last Friday. I'm hoping to get my second day in Wednesday.
