Just made some chicken stir fry last night. Super easy! Chicken,Mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage, and carrots. Stir fry seasoning or premade. Serve over whole wheat brown rice. Delicious and filling

I only have 1-2 cups a day. My creamer is what kills me. There are some days I go without coffee but just wanted some alternatives

I love a good omlette packed with veggies you love! My favorite is ham, onions and green peppers. Simple/Healthy and packed with protein to help you keep feel fuller longer. If you don't have time in the morning, I like cliff bars.
