  • I would love to join you. I want to loose around 30 lbs by summer. I keep starting and loosing a little then just going back to my old habits and putting it back on. I really want to become a healthy weight and keep it off long term. I have faith we can do this is we put our minds to it !

  • Thank you everyone for the replies. Maybe I need to save those extra calories for snacking at night. Also maybe look at what I am eating for dinner, maybe it does have to do with my cravings.
  • Just wanted to say you are not alone. I also tend to find myself eating when I am bored also when watching TV. I find myself thinking I am hungry when I really probably am not. I just try to get up drink a glass of water and make myself find something else to do. Usually easier said than done. I too should not be bored lol…
