I'm on day 16 of Insanity and loving it! I haven't lost any weight yet but strength and endurance have improved. Can't wait to see the next Fit Test results

I completed my second Fit Test (day 14) yesterday and noticed a huge improvement. I increased in all areas--even the dreaded suicide jumps. I haven't noticed any weight loss yet but love the improved endurance and strength

I'm on Day 10 of Insanity. I do insanity 5/ week and the other two days I do a HIIT workout with a trainor. I'm loving the workouts--definitely challenging but I have learned to be okay with taking that 5 second breather when needed. I follow each workout with a protein smoothie and have increased my protein in my diet too.
