I’m 5’6 and currently between 132 and 135 lbs. My lowest weight was 115 and I got many “concerned” comments. I personally like when I’m between 120-125.

I am also getting married in July 2018. So far I’m really focusing on balance and continued motivation. I don’t want to be overly strict because that’ll just make me miserable for 8 months. I am more focused on a lifestyle change - the wedding date just got me started. As some have mentioned before, asking yourself is your…

SW: 139-142 CW: 133-136 GW: 123-126 (for now) My weight fluctuates a lot and I tend to bloat easily. I’ve started again on September 14 on MFP. My goal is to just become a smaller version of myself for now. I would love to get back down to being between 116-120 but I haven’t seen those numbers in awhile and don’t want to…

I think it’s learning your habits. Some people fit daily dessert in, others don’t. I learned that I cannot have daily dessert as it makes me crave more food/sweets so I will look at desserts as “treats” but I will say I eat chips daily as I can just eat a few and be satisfied. As far as overeating the treats i think…

Hi there, I would say you need to find other things that make you feel good and confident which may or may not be weight related. It sounds like you lost weight and we’re expecting to feel really good about yourself but is still struggling with that concept of self love despite all the weight you’ve lost. Self confidence…

Start of month 2 - oh my how it got intense or maybe it just seems that way since it's new. Combustion down!

Fire done yesterday, iron done today. Looking forward to new workouts next week
-
I've not been on here either. Two days of migraines, two days of vacation time, and now sick with a cold. Feeling a little better today so planning to do fire tonight and hopefully finish the rest of the week strong but also recognizing my own health comes before excercise.
-
Things happen! Just stay positive and set goals. Iron done for me today! Actually felt like it was a good workout and much needed after a stressful day at work :)
-
Fire done!! :)

Skipped refuel this week due to lack of time but I just went right into ignition yesterday and completed soldier today!! Even though soldier is the hardest, I think I enjoy it the most. For anyone who's still on the fence about trying this, I would go for it!! It really is crazy the improvements in just a few weeks. Since…

They definitely have quite a few exercises that are challenging with that. And favorite exercises thus far: -Russian Twist - Ab breakdown -Walk outs -Renagade row -dragon push-ups

Just completed soldier! Still think it's the hardest of the bunch! One week down! :)
