I love subway too. Up until 2 months ago the nearest one to me was 20 miles away, now I have 2 in my town i'm spoilt for choice.

"Sweat is just your fat crying" so someone told me once. You should be proud that you are actually in the gym working out and not standing around gossiping like others. Definitely report them, but keep your head up and carry on. :)

I am getting frustrated too. I log all my foods and all my exercise, but all I seem to do is lose a little and then gain a little. I think I am losing inches more so than pounds but I would love the number on the scale to go down too.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace 4. This is my 3rd Samsung phone and I love them. They are speedy to use, easy to navigate and have a nice appearance. Fairly durable too. I would always choose a Samsung Galaxy over any other. (Previously had Nokia & Sony too, but didn't feel that they ran particularly smooth.)

I don't know about the one you mentioned but I use PHD Diet Whey Belgian Chocolate as I want lean muscle without bulking up too much (plus it tastes delicious!). I do a hour and that gives me 17 miles, with a comfortable pace-fast enough to raise my heart but not so fast that I cant continue for 60 minutes.
