I think everyone is different. If you have a lot of extra weigh, walking and portion control. If it's 10-15 lbs that you have gained and we're never that big, your best bet is probably an exercise routine. I'm probably at the point where my jogging keeps me at my weight but that's it. I need to run faster and exercise more…

Wow, that is quite the goal. Good luck and stay on track. Don't let the scale be your best friend. Only bring it out every two weeks.

Well, if you need a company to go jogging I'm usually available after work in the evenings and some weekends. I prefer jogging. Let me know if you need a workout buddy. I've done my training by myself but I think it's time for extra motivation.
