Excellent work being able to keep it off :smile: You may be at a plateau. If you change how you exercise, you might see a change. Interval training is good. I'm just starting out again, so I've got a long way to go.

I need friends and motivation too. Been on here for a few days and just tracking what I am eating with my overall view to get my new trainers on pay day, fitbit and rucksack and to walk to and from work (approx 3 miles. Feel free to add me. Oh sand trying to find a profile photo... one that will actually upload!

Hi me too. I'm just gearing up to start once I get my new trainers, fitbit and rucksack for work. I intend on walking to work 1.7 miles i believe. Once I can do that safely, I hope to run home. I've just started recording what i eat but haven't got the guts to get on the scales. :-/ Lets just do this thing! :-)
