Every 3 days or so...I put it up in a ponytail alot and I'm always working out so having it down is a pain.

You want one with at least a 1000 as the engine speed (can't recall the term) to break up frozen fruit and ice properly and it will last a few years. I have a Breville but there's lots out there that are good. I spend the money on a good blender because I use it several times a day and want everything incorporated well.

I freeze water in dixie cups and when frozen, you peel back a bit of the paper so you can apply the ice easily.

My armband smells like that...God it smells disgusting and is hard to clean!

It's under yoga. Depends on the type of class but I just log in the yoga on here and like being in a calorie deficit anyway.

Water and coffee daily and the odd herbal tea at night. Sometimes I'll make homemade iced tea from my herbal tea and sweeten it with a bit of honey and I'll brew it with some mint along with the tea bag.

The world can't handle me without my morning coffee lol...or maybe I can't handle the world....ok, both!

Nope. I have 1.5tbsp brown sugar in my coffee (3 cups @ 1/2tbsp each) plus eat fruit so I get the sugars from them. I have cut out cookies, sweets, etc.

Why does weight get referred to as stone? I always wondered why. Sorry off topic. I don't drink pop but hear it can stimulate the appetite and can bloat due to the carbonation.

I don't squat heavy especially since I do a heavy leg workout with things other than squats. I usually stick to 35lb plates and that's good enough for me.

I agree it's calories but I eat healthy bread (love sprouted grains) as they're much more nutritious than white bread.
-
Fried chicken, apple pie etc. is not a healthy meal to eat all the time. I agree with others that it sounds deeper than just food. I know people do not like change; especially in their spouses and your losing weight and discovering the love of exercise is most likely making her uneasy. Talk to her about her insecurities…

My fav is white chocolate raspberry...so good and the oreo one is good as well. I don't eat them often...just when I'm stuck and need something quick.

Make your own. Buy an ice cream maker and go to it. There's of recipes out there for high protein, low fat ones that are very tasty.

Love TRX for many things in my workout plans. They're amazing for abs and lunges. Others as well but those two I do without fail.
-
When I go heavy I go parallel or a bit below and when I go light I go as low as I can for more reps. I just bought drop shoes too and tried them out today with my quad workout. I felt I could go deeper with the flatter shoes. I adore doing squats.
-
I always buy natural PB too and store it upside down so you don't get that oil on the top thing.
-
Eat it every day 1 tbsp at a time. Use PB2 in my shakes. Love sprouted grain toast with peanut butter on top. Also love it mixed in greek yogurt with some protein powder and sugar free jam. Tastes like PB&J.
