  • small piece of dark chocolate or a scoop of chocolate protein powder in almond milk? I do that occasionally if I'm REALLY craving something sweet. I blend a scoop of choc protein powder, 1 cup almond milk, half a banana and some ice. Depending on your powder, the whole mix together can be less than 200 calories

  • Thanks for the reminder! Was feeling very frustrated by the up-tick on the scale this morning. I constantly have to remind myself that there will be fluctuations and it's okay to not be perfect in the eating/ exercising department!
  • I'm pretty similar to your measurements, 5'2, 136 lbs. I've been counting calories and working out 5 days a week. It's a good week when I lose a full lb, but on average lost .5 - .8 lbs in a week. Maybe try to do 1 lb a week for 16 weeks so you don't get discouraged off the bat and fall off the plan you've set for yourself?
  • Peanut butter Easter eggs are totally my downfall too! I bought them KNOWING full well that I wasn't going to be able to resist temptation. I guess they're worth exercising the extra 10 minutes to burn them off??
  • I thought T25 was a great intro and lead up to something more intense. I switched over to Insanity and love it, though I think I would have gotten frustrated early on if I hadn't started with T25 to acclimate my body to the exercises
