I don't do the Curves Complete so I really can't comment too much other then it's a high protein type diet and it costs more! I use MFP to keep me on track calorie and nutritionally wise. You should use the Smart card. It will tell you how many calories you burn on the machines. Yesterday I burned approx 440 calories counting the machines alone. I usually jog on the recovery pads so it's not counting those calories burned.I typically do 15 reps on average.
