I am trying to keep the fruits to a minimum. I made one tonigh with broccoli, avocado (half for 4 people), kale and one green apple. It was not bad and filled me up. Even my 9 year old drank a glass without complaining :smile: I have a vegetarian friend who is in shape and drinks one every morning instead of breakfast.…

I am on day 3 and down 5.9lbs soooo excited! From 281.2 down to 275.3 I am replacing 2 meals with green smoothies and having a healthy snack. I started having back problems so I have to do this! I need it bad. Please add me to this group.

Today is day 3, and I lost 5.9lbs from 281.2 to 275.3 with the green smoothies! It is working. Maybe you want to replace one meal with a green smoothie. Keep it up!

I just started. This is my third day and I am down 5.9lbs! So exited! I am replacing 2 Meals with green smoothies. I have a vitamin that I can use for them. Let me know if you want yummy smoothies tips.

Second day! I am doing two meal with green smoothies and one "regular" plus a healthy snack. Let's see what happens... Starting weigh is 281.2 lbs I hope I am so this. I really need it.
