I upgraded from the Charge to the Surge as I wanted HR, definitely worth the upgrade, so from the One -> Charge HR would be a great upgrade too.

I'm 164 and aiming to get to the 140's, I started at 188 so half way there! 7lb's isn't alot left you can do it :)

I save calories for in the evening so If i fancy a beer, or a nice pudding when my partner gets home I have the calories left to do it.

I will admit, if I'm ordering a pizza for example I'd rather get one from somewhere that I can track nutritional information, however last night I was having a Curry, I mainly have tandoori chicken and chicken pakora's so I know the batter adds up abit. I order, I enjoy, I expect weight gain due to the high salt and then I…

I have the Fitbit Surge, I find the App / Social side of it is great and motivating. I often forget i'm wearing it despite it's "bulky" size, its no worse than any other smartwatch nowa days. I also love the touchscreen swipe element to see my stats rather than having to press a button each time. The Exercise Tracking is…

I am confident I can reach my target weight, because I'm dedicated to getting it done this time. Also learning more about CICO means I can enjoy certain foods that I previously restricted aslong as it fits my deficit, which makes the whole process alot less demotivating. I'm about 70/30 that I will maintain, as with…

Once a day, first thing in the morning after my morning wee. But I do have another weight app which estimates my timeframe based on trends and I log that every Monday Morning at the same time as I log onto the Drop 20 by July 4th Group

I agree with @Orphia , Think about how you feel every time you get closer to that goal. now think about how you'll feel when you reach that goal.

When I started my weight loss challenge my Partner bought me a pair of Asda Jeans. 38" waist as I was wearing 38" Stretchy Jeans. Unfortunately they didn't fit and were too tight, so I was more than likely a 40" waist!!! This weekend I went to Asda and bought myself two new pairs of jeans. A 36" Pair as the 38" ones that…

Woop thank you :) This group is so helpful at accountability. I try harder as I know I will posting my Monday Weigh-Ins for everyone to see. It's like Slimming World/Weight Watchers without the cost!

32" Waist (Started at stretchy 38") and Medium Slim Fit / Small T-shirts. (Started at Large). I need to buy a new pair of jeans this weekend as my normal 38's are now too big so need to downsize to a 36. Medium T-shirts are still abit too tight around my tummy but i'll get there :)

I've got about 2 stone left to go on my journey. lost 1.5st so far.

I lost around 12lb before i joined a gym. I would walk before work and on lunchbreaks. Occasionally walk home from work (5mi) all in conjunction with a calorie deficit.

Im 26 and started with 48lb to lose. Ive now lost just under 20lb. I would say dont be too restrictive, if you want something fit it into your calories. Exercise more etc. Occasionally i have a bad day, i just try and keep it around what maintenance would be then log it and carry on! I found joining a group on here called…

I think a distance / step related mini-challenge sounds like a great idea. If we start it June 1st it will give people a positive first week of June too (Added bonus!) We may need to set it as a % of a usual target or a set amount based on activity level. I aim to walk 3 Miles a day as I have a sedentary desk job so don't…

I've lost 19lb so far and no one has noticed other than my misses and I, but then I still wear my bigger clothes as I 1) Need to buy a new pair of jeans 2) Am too big for a medium but too small for a large... doh! so still in my large clothes

I'm 28.4lb away from goal, and it is abit discouraging but then I look at what I've already lost 19.3lb. I also have mini goals, (each stone lost and each new stone) so my next mini goal is in 167lb, (only 1.4lb away) and 9lb to reach my second stone down. thats not too far off! :) keeps me motivated too!
