I'd keep the meal in yesterdays diary but consume less today to make the weekly goal, however that is because i'd like the accuracy of my logging.

I weigh everyday in the morning in my boxers. but use Monday mornings as my main weigh day (for weight loss groups etc)

Protein Shake with Water. Didn't have enough Protein for the day so had a shake as my desert last night, not had breakfast yet.

I had a night out couple of weeks ago, quite a big session (starting at 9am). Just enjoy yourself then get back on it. I found from previous experience when I stopped myself doing things and cut things out, that would be when I binged.

I must admit "Holiday" does sound abit more cheery than "Vacation" haha. I currently do not measure however can tell if i'm losing inches from my jeans falling down! but I do weigh. I think when I get to a lower weight I'll start measuring but I highly doubt I'll turn 50lb into muscle without losing any so the scales for now do their job haha

I'm still on Holiday at the moment but eating between my MFP Goal and TDEE so atleast shouldn't gain any! Our holiday is with our dogs too and last night we found a lovely little walk for them so will aim to get them there atleast once a day! I get back on friday and i'll be jumping straight back in

I bought a Charge, and I've definitely increased my activity level based on the motivation of the challenges. My partner is going to join me on the journey now so will be having my Charge whilst I upgrade to a Charge HR :)

I've lost 15.6lb so far from just walking as I used to get sore knees when I attempted to run. I will attempt again but for now I'm walking and its working

I have MyProtein unflavoured Whey, with Mocha Flav Drops. Add to cold Water / Milk. lovely! Cures my cravings for iced coffees!

Starting at 188lb I gave myself one Major Goal - To get to 140lb. and 3 minor goals within that. (Each 14lb / 1 stone). I've already hit 1 minor goal so 2 more to go then a little bit more after that until I hit the major. Once I get to 140lb I will see how I look and reassess :)

Myself, I was big previously and lost around 4 stone, and had about 1 stone to go. I then let myself go and ended up putting 3 stone back on. I miss being the person I was, and I want that person back.

I found joining the group "Drop 20 by July 4th" has helped me. Posting your weight and progress online for everyone to see really drives me to do my best.

You could set up a crowd funding page if you are serious about this? I'm sure a few people would rather throw $10 to a new service than a premium service of one thats visible getting worse and worse.

Weight has maintained from Mon - today. I'm on holiday next week so will be missing a weigh in! Fingers crossed for a good one when I return!!
