I had a binge weekend, an alcohol fuelled junk food weekend. I got back, Weighed myself as usual on the Monday, and got on with it. I think you need to not focus on what you did but what you are going to do. As @joejward95 said "You need to use that guilt to motivate you onwards"

Turn the negative to a positive. You fell off, had a bad day, put on xxx lb... Use it to motivate you to re-lose it and more.

Congratulations :) I can't remember being in the healthy BMI range, Have been in the Obese/Overweight even when I lost alot of weight last time so a healthy BMI is one of my goals this time round (as it tends to fit in with my goal weight also) :)

I wish I had learned about CICO (Including TDEE, NEAT etc) but at the end of the day I gained the weight for a reason, and that was becoming content after getting engaged. I now am in a place where I want lose the weight to better myself, be more healthy etc. I'd rather be starting now, than not at all. and in my younger…

-4.4lb :) Not quite sure how as actually had a bad week! I've recently changed from st to lb so possible conversion changes in MFP were abit off, or water weight. Either way. I'm 4.4lb lighter than I was logged at last monday so all good :) Brings my Total Challenge Loss to -9.6lb :) Half way there! Good luck all.

I have only cut out one food, and my misses bought me it during my diet and i still ate it. If you want it, make it fit your calories. Look at making pizza rather than store bought pizza, look at eating a smaller portion etc. I Lost 9lb last time I dieted and I cut out alcohol and fatty foods. I then put 7lb back on as I…

I log mine daily, first thing in the morning after my morning whizz for consistency. log it on MFP which forwards to Fitbit.

I bought the Fitbit Charge, I do wish i got the Charge HR but wasn't sure how much i'd actually use / rely on it. I think the social aspect of the App helps to hold you accountable which for me drives me. It also showed me I was doing alot less than I thought I was before i got it!

I try and avoid, but that's not always possible. Last night I had a pudding that I couldn't find any nutritional breakdown for, I deconstructed it and added calories for the individual pieces (as a quick add)
-
I log my bad days. I even log my weight gains (weigh daily if I'm at home). Keeps me motivated. Last night I had a meal out and an approximated 700kcal pudding. I know its bad so was up at 6am doing 5.62miles!

I got a fitbit and it has definitely helped me. I was previously walking and assuming I did a lot more than I actually did! Now I'm walking at least 7.5k steps a day.

I'm going for a lads night away, but I know my diet will take a hit. My plan: Go away, Enjoy myself, drink what a I like. When i come back? Get straight back on and carry on. I feel you need to enjoy yourself otherwise you will end up binging one day anyway.

To feel better about myself and more comfortable in myself.

I focus more on the parts of the meal I dont like! but generally I've just finished dinner or pudding by then so not really hungry!

I'm in the UK but ordered MyProtein's unflavoured Whey, and also ordered 2 x FlavDrops. 1) Chocolate peanut butter 2) Mocha Mixed with Cravendale Skimmed Milk the Mocha tastes delicious (but i have a weakness for iced coffee which is why i ordered this one).

I spend about £50 a week for two of us. Still finding our feet and trying new things. So not always 1 strict weeks food sometimes get bits for the second week also.

I've lost 2.4lb since starting the challenge, very happy with my progress. Just to keep up the good work!
-
Yeah, I've seen people say about eating 50-80% of the exercise calories to cover any overestimation in calorie burn though.
-
Congratulations, Today I hit the under 13stone mark too! I need to lose another couple of stone also but atleast im on the way!
-
I'm 26 and started with 50lb to lose :)

I will only walk around where I live if I need to go somewhere, however I get to work early and walk around near work. Much nicer area, I think it's about knowing the area you're in.

I have cut back drinking alot, I used to have 2 pints at lunch + a couple of bottles at home, I now have 1 pint at lunch OR a bottle at home. and not everyday either. It is hard to completely cut it out, and with the other things from my previous diet - I tried to cut it out and ended up binging. Moderation for me is key.

I recently got the Fitbit Charge, whilst it is my first tracker I find it very easy to use. There are a few confusing bits on the dashboard e.g. Weight in stone shows as Stone / Pounds but on the Dashboard Weight Loss Progress is shown as % of a Stone lost = 5.7lb being .4st, which was abit confusing at first. but it syncs…
